If you do any amount of writing as a freelancer, and find yourself writing some phrases or special words over and over again, you need to check out TextExpander. This app (for the Mac) allows you to set special keywords that expand into longer blocks of text, and honestly pays for itself in time saved.
Example: I send clients a payment link to a generic PayPal page when I send them invoices....
