I’ve mentioned it before, I’m sure, but there’s a movement in our industry (the freelance industry, mostly) away from pricing things by the hour. Instead, businesses are beginning to price services based on value. It’s a subtle but enormous shift in mentality that can (some say) transform your freelance business.
